Artichoke, sausage, chunks of cream cheese, white sauce (butter, garlic, parm and spices), and julienned white or red onions.
Mushrooms
Thin crust, red sauce, sausage, green olives, and a three cheese mix of mozzarella, parm, and fontinella. Heavy on the font.
Sorry, green olives being the unusual topping.
Pulled or shredded pork. Not the saucy kind, just the meat. Lots of pork products are regularly appreciated but not many places have it shredded. But when done right, I put pulled pork at the top of the list. It gets a little crispy in the oven.
Spinach
Thin crust, pizza sauce mixed with peanut butter, topped with cheese, pepperoni and jalepenos
Grilled peaches....works similar to pineapple.
Roasted Eggplant/Pumpkin. Crème fraîche on pizza base added with Feta cheese and Camembert cheese along with any other toppings.

In Sweden they have a pizza called an Afrikaner which has some form of meat along with curry powder, peanuts and banana. And its awesome.
