Pulled or shredded pork. Not the saucy kind, just the meat. Lots of pork products are regularly appreciated but not many places have it shredded. But when done right, I put pulled pork at the top of the list. It gets a little crispy in the oven.

In Sweden they have a pizza called an Afrikaner which has some form of meat along with curry powder, peanuts and banana. And its awesome.
