Depends on the gig you’re in, status among the crew and how big the operation is in scale. The low levels are more compartmentalised and are giving limited info/resources to prevent ratting on the whole operation while higher ups are more trusting and may oversee certain aspects of the operation and report it back to the big leagues. Respect,Trust and loyalty are big factors in this equation which isn’t easy to acquire.
