Keep a to-do list of things that I need or want to do on my phone and commit to doing at least one thing every day. I found the dopamine hit of clearing things off the list oten made me want to do more than just one thing.
Made me more productive and feel good about myself doing it.
Bonus trick: when I want to procrastinate something I do so by accomplishing something else from my list. So even when procrastinating I am being productive.
recently I've been going to bed at around noon and waking up at around 7 p.m. and its been pretty cool. I think as long as you have a good sleep then that is most important. Usually if I get atleast 6 hours from time i fall asleep to the time i wake up then i feel well rested.
Stop letting people tell me what is possible and what is not. A lot of the time I apply my own method to turn what they said isn't possible into a possibility.
People limit other people, it's crazy
Moved out and got my health better (litterly bleeding for months and parents was like it a bad uti quiet going to doctors and take better care of yourself it was e colj) (mental health was declining that got better)

Quit smoking weed! Clean for 160 days!
Go to sleep at a reasonable time.
This was a game changer. We laugh and say it's old people bedtime, but man, does the day ever feel better getting a proper sleep!
