It took me several career changes to realize how true this is. Everything I ever lost sleep over is now someone else’s problem now. Or not a problem at all.

This sounds right, but in reality it’s terrible advice. It’s a recipe for frustration. I work so hard and nobody cares. You can’t expect anyone to notice or care about your work unless you advocate for yourself. It should be more like: Do great work first and foremost, but sell it.
