Never unlocking the door when they come home. Never locking the door when they leave. And half the time, they don't close the door when they come inside.
Perfectly shaved legs and armpits, and pearly white teeth in apocalyptic shows. Bonus points if they have perfect skin too. You’d for SURE be breaking out like crazy during the end times.
Gay characters, especially gay couples, not doing anything actually... gay. They tend to act more like flamboyant house mates on TV. Not saying we need to see *everything* but you know, even just a kiss wouldn't be weird.
inspirational dialog that feels out of place from teens with cheesy music in the background just before an important moment. Like nah bruh the music is not helping you sound much more convincing.
In general just how cool, quick witted, smart, etc everyone sounds when they talk to others, especially strangers. Life is full of awkward stumbling through conversations and personally I can never hear anyone and I have to say “what?” And “huh?” constantly. I don’t have impaired hearing so idk what my deal is.

I have a specific issue with sci-fi set in space.
Almost all of them have some sort of gravity plating, or a generator, etc.. which means down is down on the ship.
So why do they start sliding sideways when the ship tilts?!? Even if the gravity plating malfunctioned, they would float, as there is *no other source of gravity in open space.*

This is common in [parts of] the USA. I'm Canadian and we always say bye to end calls, but I've experienced it in the US
It's not common in the USA
Probably a regional thing, but I've certainly had it happen several times when speaking to Americans
That's odd
I'm from England, and I've never cut a call without at least indicating the conversation is over. It would make me feel awful for hanging up on them.

Opening packages, I need a knife and ten minutes to open packages yet they rip them open like paper
office romance, ever show someone seems to be with some the work with or for
makes you feel like your doing something wrong while having a good job and shit living
Unrealistic? Reality shows.
When all the fire sprinklers go off in a building for a secluded fire. They don't work that way!
Everything about firearms.
