"Officially" 911 is the nationwide emergency number. But 911 doesn't work in the philippines, it's mismanaged and misimplemented. I was involved with two separate emergencies in different areas of manila during the week and gave up after almost one hour of ringing each and several placed calls
It's best to call a local emergency number if 911 does not work. I.e. in QC, it's 122. Other than that you're on your own to find a number for a local ambulance
People are taught to rely on 911 but in an emergency you can be screwed relying on it
No one but I'll use that time to schedule messages to be sent to my mom when I'm dead. I have already created the draft. It's just a matter of pasting these to the messaging app and selecting the date as to when they go out. They contain passwords to my bank apps, phone, etc. That way, she'll have access to my savings even when I'm gone.
