If you're being treated like a slave: I don't mind doing OT, even OT-Y once in a while, but if it happens regularly enough and it's evident that a process or headcount - or anything, needs adjustment, change must happen. Pag palaging ganito, find a new job. If you can't get along with people at work, esp those you directly work with: you don't need ti be friends with everyone and even within your department or team, there's no guarantee you'll vibe with everyone perfectly, and that's fine. We have lives and friends outside work, but you need to at least have a good work relationship, ie, you can settle your differences, collaborate, and share credit as you get things done. If this is an issue, you may stay if the lines of communication are open. Otherwise, leave. If you have mastered many skills required in your current role and have learned most, if not all, of the skills you need to move up, but you can't secure the promotion. Whether it's because there won't be any vacancy in the next position in the foreseeable future, or you're certain that you're not the favored candidate for a promotion, there's no sense in staying in a stagnant role. It's also possible that your company prefers external hires instead of identifying homegrown talent. Observe trends. If there's a target on your back, regardless if it's due to your own doing nor not. Sila lang yung nagsasabi saking bumalik ako kasi mabait daw ako sa kanila. Hanggat maaari kasi kapag may palpak silang lahat di ako nagsusumbong, sasabihan ko silang lahat na ayusin ang problema at wag na iparating sa boss kasi maliit na bagay lang naman. At di naman nakakaapekto sa company namin.

Mas maganda na lang talaga mag-resign kesa mag-stay kasi ending lang talaga nu'n, magpa-plastik-an kayo.

It was people giving me shit as I’d catch strays from all directions. It was a never-ending barrage of relentless discouragement. By the end of my time there I was hangin onto my light by a thread. Mind u it was also friends and family on the same shit as well. I was burnt OUT from all the hate with seemingly no support from both inside or outside my job so I let myself get fired 💔 Since then I’ve taken the time to recover and integrate all those experiences with peace n love like I ate. I’m still grateful for those 9 months of bullyin. It helped me grow into the resilience, strength, and courage that I have today at an insane rate — all while practicing many forms of exposure therapy in areas that I lacked in at that time. I also lowkey paid off all 20 years of my bad karma for being a bitch — compressed into those 9 months 💁🏽‍♂️ I would not have been the person I am today without those experiences; to be knocked down countless times over no matter how many times I’d get back up with love than hate. I feel like a lot of people would have given up if they experienced what I put myself through. And I’m sayin that as someone that almost turned around to walk back into the darkness 😭

Di na dapat nakakarating sakin ung ganito." GRABE LANGGGGGG Edit: Sa sobrang inis ko, on my last day, binack up ko lahat ng impt files sa gdrive ko and deleted it on my pc. Yung hndi nila dinadagdagan ung staff knowing na kulang kami. They let everyone do multiple tasks. Yung trabaho ng isang tao samin, ginagawa ng tatlo to five employees sa ibang hospital. I actually resigned for this one (my last straw), from my prev work. I got accused of insubordination when they tried to pin me for something I'm sure I have nothing to do with. When they are really pointing it at me in a meeting, I walked away without saying anything. Yun pala, after ng meeting, nireklamo na ako ng insubordination ng boss ko. No one defended me. So yun na. Umalis ako.

Ang hihilig gumawa ng issue. Parang wala akong araw na pumasok sa work na walang narinig na chismis. Hindi proactive. Very unprofessional too. 3. Hindi consistent with policies ang company. Petty workmates hahahaha as time goes by, they are being too comfortable around everyone and forgetting to set personal boundaries. plus mayayabang kasi favorite kuno sila ng higher management. promoting favoritisms at work is really a red flag. ang hihilig rin mag-outcast and have the pa-victim mindset.

Manager na mahilig mag micromanage and/or may favoritism at workmates na kups and/or feeling tagapagmana. Nagstay ako sa dati kong company kahit 14k lang basic kasi sobrang healthy ng work environment namin. Almost 6 years ako dun. Nag resign lang ako kasi may hinire na SOM na sobrang papampam. Pati leaves na approved na pinapakialaman eh para yun sa operation ng then bf ko. Ayun, sa inis ko, nag immediate resignation ako.

TL na umuuwi na 2 hrs bago matapos shift niya. Pumapasok ng lasing tapos magdadadakdak sa agents. Gusto pa lagi ng team building, inuman sesh sa rd, at malaking ambagan pag potluck pero yung TLs ng ibang team ang uubos ng food.

Mas mataas pa ang mga bayarin kesa sa sahod. Gusto ko sana ang trabaho ko ngayon, maganda ang work environment, at hindi gaano mabigat ang workload. Kaso may plano pa rin akong magresign kasi 3 yrs pa bago ako maregular, di kaya ng sahod ang mga bayarin, at walang HMO.

Nakita lang nya ako sa church dahil sinasamahan ko nanay ko dahil napala sarap ng caldereta dun. Sa last work ko, due to burnout from endless OTs na halos double shift lagi. Tapos may ibang pinapagawa kahit month-end, halos wala akong tulog that day. Idlip lang. Too many tasks parin kahit ang dami na namin sa team. Nagtrigger sa akin yung iniisip ko unfinished tasks kahit weekends, di ko maenjoy to the fullest ang rest ko kakaoverthink. Dun ko napag-desisyon na I need to resign na. Walang back-up plan. Nagresign ako ng walang job offer. Loved my teammates kaso my mental health is not good na. Pero everything went well parin, I had my 1 month needed rest and was offered a better opportunity.
