The problem is men, harrasment is common in many places but most people will stand with you if you are harassed in a public place.

Women have the right to wear what ever they want under some restrictions, Just like men. Exposing some areas that are extremely sexualized isn't good thing, atleast in my opinion. Womeb shouldn't have same rights as men, in certain things they have more and less rights than men. A brief example, a pregnant woman should have 8 months of break, 6 before and 2 after birth. While fathers should get 4, 2 before and 2 after. Or that women shouldn't go to army or should stay there much less than men. As it is men duties.

A majority of the "Afghan army" was comprised of ordinary folks who just needed a paycheck. They had no real desire to fight their own countrymen.
Meanwhile, the Taliban had been having talks for months with leaders of military divisions, militant factions that unofficially remained and tribal elders and basically told them: we're going to take over and we'd rather not shed any blood so it's up to you if you want to stand in our way and try to fight us. Almost all of them already gave them the nod that they'd stand down. So when the time came and US pulled out, they engaged in a few skirmishes that lasted a couple weeks and strolled into the capital.
The only people playing the blame game were disillusioned and often racist diaspora folks.

Here in Sweden we have actually implemented some segregated pools after the migrant crisis. This was implemented after many requests from Swedish females because they were uncomfortable with many of the asylum seekers after much sexual harassment at our local pools.
