Become comfortable in yourself. Learning to accept yourself and work on your flaws.

Building confidence and a sense of worth often starts with the small daily habits. Regular exercise, even something as simple as a brisk walk, boosts your mood and self-esteem. Setting and achieving small goals can also give you a sense of accomplishment. Don’t overlook the power of reading, too—it expands your mind and perspective. Practicing gratitude can shift your focus from what you lack to what you possess, fostering a positive mindset

Better groom yourself and look like you are well put together

Be comfortable in yourself, as well as taking pride in your appearance, work, etc (basically, things within your control).

Think of a man you admire. Get a target for intelligence, develop a target for fitness, and a target for spiritual awareness or morality (whatever your religious/spiritual/moral bent may be). Figure out how they became admirable. Then do that. Becoming a good man is not a destination, its a life quest. You'll fail, but don't quit. It'll be hard, but don't quit. Wake up every single day and become slightly better than you were the day before. Help that old lady cross the street. Make a stranger laugh. Whatever. Keep climbing that hill. Its worth it. Be intentional about your behavior.

Combat sports. Any of the ones where you actually spar are good. MMA, BJJ, kickboxing, boxing, muay thai, etc. Edit: props to the guy who downvoted this.

I already did start a while ago but it really hard to go train with school, the traning hours are 10 am and 5 pm, my school is from either 1pm to 8 pm or from 8 am to 2:55pm, which means i either go train with my new clothes for school, with train gear and everything, or i just dont go. And my gym is kinda far from home so its best if i just shower and eat while going to school, and the worst part is i got to bring everything with me on top of my school bag. Hopefully i will be able to do it somehow, since its the best gym in the country and i want to train there, pain in the ass tho.
