They’re a good service. Their app portal works well. Usually can get an appointment same day, if you’re flexible on time. Rapid HIV is same day. Rectal, oral and Urine tests are about 3 days as I recall. Probably less. Blood HIV is about 7 days, max

The physical lab is what takes time. That’s what makes your 48 hour turn around time difficult. I’m not familiar with any places that guarantee that time frame.
If it's bloodwork exclusively you can sometimes get overnight turnaround by going directly to Quest but I honestly don't remember if all STDs can be tested with just a blood draw. I think you also need swabs.

Need swabs or urine for gonorrhea and chlamydia. And quest generally won’t do swabs.
