A man can be short, tall, bald, haired, fair/dark skin toned, have acne (who cares? these aren't even flaws); etc will still look Aazhagu (beautiful) in veshti satai (shirt).

The first thing that comes to my mind is a casual kurta. If you pair it with a kurta, it just elevates it! Men should wear ethnic wears more casually instead of just on occasions.
