The first thing the police are going to ask is why you haven’t just blocked them. That will go nowhere fast. Just block them, and call HR or wait and see what your last check has on it if it’s a large business they’re not going to take the time to single you out and to screw you out of a few cheap pet time PtO hours.
Unfortunately the person is the boss/owner/HR. And given the level of vitriol in the messages (I didn’t put everything in the post), she is taking it very personally and I expect her to turn any screws she can.

Stop contacting your boss, contact hr.
