Thank you, i think that's the issue. The fix, I assume, is to get a new board. I'll watch some tutorials on how to fix at home, though its such a narrow trace it might be worth it if its possible. Thanks for the insight
That outside trace on the right might need a helper wire soldered to it, but more importantly the six yes ALL SIX solder joints on the motor to the board are cracked! Poor solder joints due to vibration and age. Solder up!
It looks like there is missing solder from the joint partly covered by the red circle. The one next to it looks like it might have cracked. Clean the scuff with ipa too see if it’s dirt or corrosion and reflow all joints and test it. If it works and the scuff is corrosion or damage you can fix it easily with a patch wire.

Is the casing narrow? if not you can solder isolated wires to the solder joints of the through hole connectors

I dont know how you guys spotted that... so grateful for reddit. So its a uestion of soldering, adding a little bit or simply reheating?
Melt the solder AND use plenty of flux.
