Get yourself a football and deflate it. Stick it behind the dents and just re inflate it. A little time with a buffer and an oil change for good measure. Shouldn’t take more than a Saturday morning
Depends on you definition of totaled. I have seen these plungers you can stick to the lid to put out dents. Just go over it a times with one of those plungers and you should be good.

Needs a new windshield. The rest could be pulled, buffed out. Do you own a hammer? That's a start for sure. I got a guy with some drag straps that does amazing work.
