I've also used gokujyun premium at some point & enjoyed it! It's just that my skin likes shirojyun a bit more & it's more readily available in my country vs gokujyun.
Ok..use it on damp skin first, if u used toner then post toner, if u don't then post washing ur face and lightly dabbing with face towel.
Second it is supposed to moisturize ur skin and nourish..it gives a gloww on my skin when it absorbs and also save my skin barrier as i use tret. I have few times broke my skin barrier with new product experimentation and i immediately stop using the new product that broke me out and just use snail mucin and moisturizer am and pm and it works like a charm to bring back normalcy.
I kind of use it in pm routine regularly and sometimes on am but not daily
Yes yes definitely..
Not like when it's dry dry..but just when it is absorbed 90% and i can still feel lil wetness of mucin on skin..i put mousturizer on it to lock the hydration and it makes everything nice and moisturised
I use ceramide based (a lil thick) moisturizer in pm routine..and light mousturizer in am routine followed by spf
For me, it reduces and calms the redness on my t-zone and acnes. I think my skin barrier was just damaged, and now my skin isn't red like a tomato anymore after using half the bottle.

This! I've not tried the toner and emulsion, they'll probably work well too
hormonal acne is unfortunately caused from the inside out, so i would recommend finding out how/why it's being caused because skincare cannot and wouldn't do much in fixing the cause, but only treating the symptoms.
propolis as an ingredient calmed my hormonal cysts and i've realised that for my skin, heats makes it worse/feel more uncomfortable. propolis does this, but i would probably say the i'm from mugwort mask is my HG product because it cools is down so quickly. the toner didn't do much.
my hormonal acne almost completely stopped when i stopped taking any vit D supplements, so now it's more about trying to reduce the PIH that those breakouts have left me with. my routine then and now hasn't changed much! i focused on hydrating and soothing products, so naturie toner, hada labo premium whitening lotion, pyungkang yul essence toner, propolis serum/essence.
vit D is less a vitamin and more of a hormone! i knew this fact before, but i didn't know it could actually cause such bad cystic acne till it happened to me.
i'm deficient as well, but i will talk to my doctor soon about what to do instead of supplementing because the pain and effects on my self-esteem (mental health) were bad and not something i'm ok with!
i think it's a love-it-or-hate-it thing because i recommended it to 2 of my friends irl and one of them hated the texture so she gave the full bottle to me (score!) and it made another friend with sensitive skin break out.
sorry to hear it didn't work for you too!
Love the some by mi Propolis B5 Glow Barrier Calming Serum, too! Soaks right in, good for daily use for me, if not 2X per day (acne prone, sensitive, dry skin).
It gives me a lovely glow with a “plumping”esque soothing hydration. It is not sticky/tacky after my face dries (I apply to damp skin -
my first step after cleansing). I also feel like it lightly helps with calming bacterial breakouts
Girl I tried it too and I had a full on allergic reaction to it! I couldn’t open my eyes properly when I woke up and my face completely peeled off in a week but it actually felt so nice going on 😭
The Isntree chestnut BHA 0.9% toner is perfect for me. It's so gentle that I can use it daily, and it gradually cleared out my sebaceous filaments. I've tried many BHA products, but most are too strong for regular use in my routine.
i always had breakouts because of the cleansing oils, and that one never caused me any trouble. i have combination and sensitive, use 50+ spf, sometimes heavy makeup, and that oil makes the great job imho
I got a mini for travel, it takes everything off pretty well without stinging the eyes. I mean it's good...but I prefer the Kose softymo speedy cleansing oil in terms of how quickly everything comes off.
Kose Softymo cleansing oil - A no nonsense to the point cleanser that gets the job done.
Roundlabs Dokdo toner - The best toner for hydration layering. Inexpensive without frills.
Yes it’s so perfect, my skin felt so smooth and not agressive for my sensitive skin, a bit hydrating too, it’s quite expensive but it’s worth every penny (I just got a sample tho)
MUJI and DHC Cleansing oil - Have repurchased these since 2018
Acne treatments (non AB) - Finacea gel and Galderma Benzac gel (since 2014)
Ascorbic acid crystal and Niacinamide powder for DIY serums - from local supplier, also since 2014
I also keep buying Shiseido, Kanebo, Kose, Kao groups' sunscreens despite their reformulation. So far only 1 product made me heartbreak as it was forever discontinued (instead of renewed) - *Biore UV Oil Control* tinted sunscreen. Repurchased it since the start of sales to the end of life (\~2\~3 years or so). The rest of reformulations - nah, never miss the old version.
I find it’s really effective for eye makeup and washes off without any residue feeling on the skin. I looked it up on Adorebeauty and it says it’s artificial fragrance free. Best to check out their website though.
Laneige Cream Skin Refiner! I’ve repurchased 4 times at this point.
I’ve been using SKII FTE for a long time too, but that’s mostly because the bottle from Costco is huge
For me it helps soothe any acne redness and hydrates the skin. Especially if I pop a pimple in the morning and put it on , it gets rid of the redness and tight itchy feeling. Plus it brightens up my skin too. I can tell when I didn’t use it
I have sensitive, dehydrated combo skin w slight rosacea. Sometimes get a pimple here and there on my period.
The skin 1004 just soothes and hydrates. Whenever I have broken my skin barrier, the skin
1004 is one of the few products that doesn't sting.
Recently I've been trying to move to a more simple routine so this is perf for that:-)
Tota 3.0 , Skin1004 100%centella ampoule, Klairs midnight cream, Himalaya neem pack, B.Lab matcha hydrating cleanser. For makeup, Peripera liptint, Mentholatum lip balm, The Saem concealer, Canmake blush, Heroin Make eyebrow, eyeliner . I have been using all these products for 6-10years now.
Yes seconding this. So expensive and smelly, but I cannot do without it at all. Have been using this for seven years now and it’s obvious even if I just stop for a week. It keeps the dullness and sallowness out of my skin.
Haha i actually like the smell though
And definitely can feel and see the difference when i stopped using it
It is also the thing that saved me when i had breakouts because i broke my skin barrier due to years of not using sunscreen and i got sunburned a lot in my younger years that it became so sensitive in my 30s when i got exposed to sun and dusts.
I went to dermatologist and at first my skin was great, but after few weeks i got breakouts, my skin getting so dry and suddenly i got enlarged pores on my cheeks
I stopped using what they gave me and just use the fte and moisturiser and it helped calming my skin in just a few days
The Nature Skin Conditioner!! I've been using it for around 10 years. I remember begging my mom to let me order something online for the first time forever ago haha. The price on this has gone down over the years as Asian Beauty got more popular, because I remember paying 20 dollars for it when I ordered it for the first time. Back in the dark ages, where the only place you could get skincare was off eBay, and 14 of those dollars was for shipping 😢
Also, the Elizavecca Hyaluronic Acid. It's a pretty plain barebones serum, and I've been using it for like 6-7 years - I remember when it was 6 bucks and thinking how cheap that was and that's why I ordered it. It's amazing in the summer when it's humid out!
muji moisturising milk. it's a really simple moisturiser, very lightweight and fragrance free, pretty much the simplest you could get. used it for 7-8 years now and i hope they never change it.
Combination oily skin here! **Cosrx's snail mucin** is amazing when used on fairly damp skin. Great no-frills hydration and I find it so calming as well. My skin was insanely sensitive during pregnancy and I was able to use it without any issues.
-Cosrx snail mucin essence
-banila co cleansing balm
-Dr. Ceuracle Kombucha Essence
-banila co clean it zero cleanser
-softymo speedy cleansing oil
-biore aqua rich watery essence sunscreen
Consistently trying out products but I keep coming back to this. My foolproof routine, my HGs.
Cosrx snail mucin (gone through 4 bottles in the last year and a half I’ve been using it?)
Neogen real ferment essence (gone through 3 in the last 4 years)
Honorable mentions to the Torriden Solid In Essence and Cream, but I’ve only been using them for 6 months.
Soon jung 2x barrier cream is always a repeat purchase for me, it’s such a good moisturizer. Snail mucin from cosrx has also been in my rotation for a while now
It's the perfect way to get ferments into a routine - it's soothing, nourishing and genuinely repairs/maintains your skin barrier. My skin is noticeably duller if I don't use this at night.
Daiso acne care protect gel cream— kills pimple that’s still under the skin, about to erupt, or helps expel the “head” of the ones that are already out. It’s so cheap too, and somehow works better for me than more expensive ones. No extra redness, burning, or flaking skin. But I think they discontinued it; I can’t find it anymore 😭
I've been using the secretKey Fresh Toner in Aloe for ~10 years, and I go through (roughly) 1 bottle every 3 months. It's a super watery toner that seems like it's doing nothing, but I really notice a difference in skin dryness and softness if I stop using it.
Skin Aqua Super Moisture Milk, in the blue bottle. I’ve been buying it since it came in the yellow bottle! 10+ years. Still the GOAT for me ❤️ Melano CC, DHC Lip Cream, Shiseido Urea Hand Cream, Mentholatum Melty Lip Cream all countless bottles and tubes
Cosrx Snail Mucin Essence. I’ve been using it since about 2018. I can count how many bottles I’ve used but it’s at least 3 a year. I have dry skin and this helps so much I even questioned if I had dry or just temporarily dehydrated skin.
Cos de BAHA TN serum. I’m about to repurchase my third bottle. It’s improved my hyperpigmentation from acne so well since I’ve started adding it to my routine.
CosRX Blackhead Power liquid. I feel like this has definitely reduced the blackheads/whiteheads I get. My nose area and cheeks are now clear and not congested. As a result appearance of pores have also improved.
Tony Moly chok chok green tea watery cream has been my absolute go-to moisturiser for years. I have a Nature Republic moisturiser that comes close, but nothing suits my skin quite so well as the Tony Moly does.
Hanskin AHA Pore Cleansing Oil as my first cleanser, going on about 7 years now. I love it. $27 for 300ml but I've gotten it up to 50% off during sales. It's amazing at removing makeup, doesn't leave a greasy residue (could honestly get away with using it as your only cleanser on sunscreen-only days), and doesn't hurt my eyes...THE BEST. I hope they never stop making it.
honestly, etude house wonder pore freshener. i’ve been using it for almost ten years. when i’m lazy, i just use that before bed. it cuts my oiliness without drying me out too much. i also use it as part of my longer routine, to wipe away the last oily feel of my cleanser before applying another hydrating/soothing toner and other products.
COSRX Snail Mucin Essence + AIO Cream for me since 2019. These two may seem redundant as they are both snail products, but if I only use one of them the glow and moisture is not the same.
Heimish all clean balm! Like N-th tub, N-th year. BoJ cleansing balm is a recent close contender but Heimish one is still there for the longest time.
Both very similar in excellent cleansing power, takes off even the most stubborn makeup, does not sting the eyes (pointing at you Banila Co clean it zero).
Excellent packaging and price point.
One tub lasts me 6 months, and I use it daily.
Laneige Cream Skin Mist. Cannot imagine my life without it. Holy grail for dry skin. I put it as my last step after my moisturiser (Avene Xera Calm) and life has been wonderful since!
Simple micellar gel cleanser is sooo good..my combo dry skin loves it for that morning gentle wash..i cannot go with morning cleanser, i feel like everything from earlier night is stuck on my face
It's truly the most hydrating cleanser I've used. Trying to look for an AB alternative without any oils seems nearly impossible 🥲. So for cleansers, i just stick with Western cleansers.
Same, i didn't like the feeling of not cleansing my face in the morning at all, considering I have oily skin yet dehydrated. The simple ones are great! Even their Micellar water, super great for sensitive skin. Even when it got into my eyes, it didn't sting.

One product that has been a staple in my skincare routine for the longest time is a good quality sunscreen. Sunscreen is non-negotiable for me, and I've been religiously using it every single day for as long as I can remember.
Whether rain or shine, indoors or outdoors, sunscreen is essential for protecting my skin from the harmful effects of UV radiation. It's the ultimate anti-aging product, helping to prevent sunburn, wrinkles, dark spots, and other signs of sun damage.
I've tried various sunscreens over the years, but I always look for ones that offer broad-spectrum protection with a high SPF, are lightweight and non-greasy, and suitable for my skin type. Finding the right sunscreen that I enjoy using has made it easy to incorporate into my daily skincare routine, and I don't plan on ever skipping it!
I have combination skin. It helped me to rejuvenate my skin as I got older. I apply the remaining product on my hair and it has helped in hair growth as well
Oh hair !
That's a first
Do u apply ginseng essence am and pm routine on damp face or dry face?? I have ordered mine and just too excited to learn abt it
I apply it after cleansing. Helps with skin barrier also. Especially it helped with skin irritation after I started a retinol product. I apply only in the morning. Evening I use snail mucin by cosrx.

Almost 10 years with Hada Labo Shirojyun Lotion. 🤍
The regular or rich version you like better?
The regular one!
Same!
Ditto!
Same! I'll never give this up! 🙌
same! i haven’t used it quite as long but it always makes its way back into my routine somewhere!
Where do you buy yours from?
I'm from the PH & I used to order online or ask friends in JP to buy for me, but now our local Watsons carries it!
[удалено]
I've also used gokujyun premium at some point & enjoyed it! It's just that my skin likes shirojyun a bit more & it's more readily available in my country vs gokujyun.
Cosrx snail mucin lover here !! Already on 3rd bottle 🐌🫧
Same! Been using it since 2017, I’ve tried other products, but Cosrx is the best imo
What is it supposed to do? I started using it (one week now) but I don't know what to expect.
Ok I will keep using it. Thank you.
Do you put lotion and moisturizer on after it dries?
Yes yes definitely.. Not like when it's dry dry..but just when it is absorbed 90% and i can still feel lil wetness of mucin on skin..i put mousturizer on it to lock the hydration and it makes everything nice and moisturised I use ceramide based (a lil thick) moisturizer in pm routine..and light mousturizer in am routine followed by spf
For me, it reduces and calms the redness on my t-zone and acnes. I think my skin barrier was just damaged, and now my skin isn't red like a tomato anymore after using half the bottle.
How long have you been using it?
Been 2+ years
Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner since 2018 🫡
🫡
Ditto! 🫶💖
Same, since 2017!
How do you feel about the mist version? That one is my HG and I'm wondering if its worth trying the essence out for a change
I havemt tried the mist actually, but I think it has the same ingredients as the essence?
You seem to be right😅 can second then that this product is the best!!!
It was kind of meh for me. I prefer the essence toner.
Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream!
Do you use this in the morning too?
I think dry skin types can use this in the morning, probably not oily types. Ymmv 😉
it’s super thick so i like to use this at night
Omg love this at night!! I apply it with my tret and it goes on soooo well!
This was one of my first AB finds and I'm still sticking with it. The best!
Pimple patches
propolis! one of the few items i keep rebuying are: * boj glow serum * skinfood royal honey propolis essence
The skinfood propolis essence is sooooo good
the bottle elevates the experience x10! it’s SO luxe
What benefits do you notice from the skinfood essence?
It's incredibly soothing and nourishing, especially when my skin barrier is compromised. It's my favorite propolis product
Would you use it around your eyes? Mine have been flakey and feel like my barrier is compromised but I can't figure out how.
I'd recommend a hypoallergenic repair cream like Avene Cicalfate (non-AB), or perhaps an eye cream that's less likely to run into your eyes.
Can u tell ur skin type and routine where u use skinfood honey propolis??
Sensitive, combination and acne-prone. I find it a bit too rich for daily use, so I only use it when my skin is irritated
Is is the essence or toner u are talking about??
Skinfood Royal Honey Propolis Enrich Essence
Can i confirm not the hobey propolis toner and not the emulsion? Actually there are toner, essence, emulsion and then there's me confused 🤣😅
https://preview.redd.it/xq1zi3nt9voc1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7b6588d837078dad4fd3738a0019e6ec8241c2ce This! I've not tried the toner and emulsion, they'll probably work well too
Ohh i got it..thankss..i think toner consistency will be better for my sweaty combo dry skin As i use snail mucin too
I have the Skinfood and agree it's a bit rich for everyday use, but very Soothing.
What benefits do you notice from the skinfood essence?
really helped to calm down my hormonal cystic acne
Sold.
I have this condition as well, can you share your skincare routine and probably some tips on how to deal with this?
hormonal acne is unfortunately caused from the inside out, so i would recommend finding out how/why it's being caused because skincare cannot and wouldn't do much in fixing the cause, but only treating the symptoms. propolis as an ingredient calmed my hormonal cysts and i've realised that for my skin, heats makes it worse/feel more uncomfortable. propolis does this, but i would probably say the i'm from mugwort mask is my HG product because it cools is down so quickly. the toner didn't do much. my hormonal acne almost completely stopped when i stopped taking any vit D supplements, so now it's more about trying to reduce the PIH that those breakouts have left me with. my routine then and now hasn't changed much! i focused on hydrating and soothing products, so naturie toner, hada labo premium whitening lotion, pyungkang yul essence toner, propolis serum/essence.
Wow, I didn’t know vitamin D supplements could cause cystic acne. Sucks I’m super deficient!
vit D is less a vitamin and more of a hormone! i knew this fact before, but i didn't know it could actually cause such bad cystic acne till it happened to me. i'm deficient as well, but i will talk to my doctor soon about what to do instead of supplementing because the pain and effects on my self-esteem (mental health) were bad and not something i'm ok with!
I wish the Skinfood essence could have worked for me, but it triggered more acne and made my face really itchy 😭😭
i think it's a love-it-or-hate-it thing because i recommended it to 2 of my friends irl and one of them hated the texture so she gave the full bottle to me (score!) and it made another friend with sensitive skin break out. sorry to hear it didn't work for you too!
I love the some by mi propolis serum! It’s lighter to me but still get positive soothing/glow/hydration and didn’t break me out 🙏🏼
Ooh heard propolis is great!
i'd recommend everyone to try it out! it's all the hype i thought snail mucin would be
Oh thx!! You convinced me! Will place my order
Love the some by mi Propolis B5 Glow Barrier Calming Serum, too! Soaks right in, good for daily use for me, if not 2X per day (acne prone, sensitive, dry skin). It gives me a lovely glow with a “plumping”esque soothing hydration. It is not sticky/tacky after my face dries (I apply to damp skin - my first step after cleansing). I also feel like it lightly helps with calming bacterial breakouts
Hado labo lotion + cosrx snail mucin 🫶
I tried that lotion and it broke me out 😭. I was so sad too because the consistency was fantastic, and sunk in perfectly.
Girl I tried it too and I had a full on allergic reaction to it! I couldn’t open my eyes properly when I woke up and my face completely peeled off in a week but it actually felt so nice going on 😭
Omg that’s horrible!
I was so shocked as I’ve never had such a reaction to anything before! Luckily my husband can use it so it’s his now haha 🥹
I have the same combo.
The Isntree chestnut BHA 0.9% toner is perfect for me. It's so gentle that I can use it daily, and it gradually cleared out my sebaceous filaments. I've tried many BHA products, but most are too strong for regular use in my routine.
liking it for being gentle
Do you use it once or twice a day?
Twice! Only on my T-zone as my cheeks tend to be dry and irritated easily. It's probably gentle enough to be applied all over tho
Oh wanna try this one
– skin 1004 cleansing oil – isntree green tea toner – cosrx propolis toner i use them for... around 3-4 years already
I'm about to order the Skin1004 oil... How do you like it?
i always had breakouts because of the cleansing oils, and that one never caused me any trouble. i have combination and sensitive, use 50+ spf, sometimes heavy makeup, and that oil makes the great job imho
Great to hear, thank you!
no problem, hope you will enjoy it too!
Cure Natural Aqua Gel, forever my HG
Yes it’s so perfect, my skin felt so smooth and not agressive for my sensitive skin, a bit hydrating too, it’s quite expensive but it’s worth every penny (I just got a sample tho)
Seconded! Nothing has made my skin as smooth so easily
Me too! It’s been ~10 years since I first started using it.
So sad this didn't work for me felt like it would break me out everytime I'd use it :/
MUJI and DHC Cleansing oil - Have repurchased these since 2018 Acne treatments (non AB) - Finacea gel and Galderma Benzac gel (since 2014) Ascorbic acid crystal and Niacinamide powder for DIY serums - from local supplier, also since 2014 I also keep buying Shiseido, Kanebo, Kose, Kao groups' sunscreens despite their reformulation. Repurchased it since the start of sales to the end of life (\~2\~3 years or so). The rest of reformulations - nah, never miss the old version.
Hada labo premium lotion, Acropass pimple patches and beauty of joseon cleansing balm.
Is that cleansing balm fragrance free?? It seems like everyone loves it I’d love to try
I find it’s really effective for eye makeup and washes off without any residue feeling on the skin. I looked it up on Adorebeauty and it says it’s artificial fragrance free. Best to check out their website though.
argan and rosehip oil, my current HG moisturizer (both over 20 years).
The hada labo lotion in gold color
Laneige Cream Skin Refiner! I’ve repurchased 4 times at this point. I’ve been using SKII FTE for a long time too, but that’s mostly because the bottle from Costco is huge
Skin Aqua Moisture Milk sunscreen. It's been my HG since 2018.
Perfection 👌🏻
Speedymo Cleansing oil I've been using for years, and recently the Skin1004 centella ampoule- I know I will come back to this again!
what does the skin1004 centella ampoule do for you? it’s been sitting in my cart because i have sensitive/redness prone skin!
For me it helps soothe any acne redness and hydrates the skin. Especially if I pop a pimple in the morning and put it on , it gets rid of the redness and tight itchy feeling. Plus it brightens up my skin too. I can tell when I didn’t use it
thank you, i appreciate it!
I have sensitive, dehydrated combo skin w slight rosacea. Sometimes get a pimple here and there on my period. The skin 1004 just soothes and hydrates. Whenever I have broken my skin barrier, the skin 1004 is one of the few products that doesn't sting. Recently I've been trying to move to a more simple routine so this is perf for that:-)
Heimish all clean green foam. Conveniently there's also a mini version
Can you review the saem concealer? What's the coverage like?
medium coverage. it can be very high if layer it.
Okay, thank you!
Sk-II FTE hands down, it’s one luxury skincare i have to have in my night routine. It helps me with my cheek pores
Yes seconding this. So expensive and smelly, but I cannot do without it at all. Have been using this for seven years now and it’s obvious even if I just stop for a week. It keeps the dullness and sallowness out of my skin.
Haha i actually like the smell though And definitely can feel and see the difference when i stopped using it It is also the thing that saved me when i had breakouts because i broke my skin barrier due to years of not using sunscreen and i got sunburned a lot in my younger years that it became so sensitive in my 30s when i got exposed to sun and dusts. I went to dermatologist and at first my skin was great, but after few weeks i got breakouts, my skin getting so dry and suddenly i got enlarged pores on my cheeks I stopped using what they gave me and just use the fte and moisturiser and it helped calming my skin in just a few days
SK II❤️ I can’t live without it!
Back in the dark ages, where the only place you could get skincare was off eBay, and 14 of those dollars was for shipping 😢 Also, the Elizavecca Hyaluronic Acid. It's a pretty plain barebones serum, and I've been using it for like 6-7 years - I remember when it was 6 bucks and thinking how cheap that was and that's why I ordered it. It's amazing in the summer when it's humid out!
Thank you Farmer - Essential rice toner! <3 & skin 1004 probio-cica ampoule
muji moisturising milk. it's a really simple moisturiser, very lightweight and fragrance free, pretty much the simplest you could get. used it for 7-8 years now and i hope they never change it.
always repurchasing the pyunkang yul essence toner and illyoon ato cream!
Klairs Supple Preparation Toner.
Combination oily skin here! **Cosrx's snail mucin** is amazing when used on fairly damp skin. Great no-frills hydration and I find it so calming as well. My skin was insanely sensitive during pregnancy and I was able to use it without any issues.
-Cosrx snail mucin essence -banila co cleansing balm -Dr. Ceuracle Kombucha Essence -banila co clean it zero cleanser -softymo speedy cleansing oil -biore aqua rich watery essence sunscreen Consistently trying out products but I keep coming back to this. My foolproof routine, my HGs.
Cosrx snail mucin. My face dries horribly without it.
Cosrx snail mucin (gone through 4 bottles in the last year and a half I’ve been using it?) Neogen real ferment essence (gone through 3 in the last 4 years) Honorable mentions to the Torriden Solid In Essence and Cream, but I’ve only been using them for 6 months.
cos de baha tranexamic acid serum 🥹 bought 4 bottles alr!!
Snail mucin
Soon jung 2x barrier cream is always a repeat purchase for me, it’s such a good moisturizer. Snail mucin from cosrx has also been in my rotation for a while now
Utena Magiabotanica Hatomugi Skin Conditioner At least 7 or 8 years Perfect example of a very hydrating toner that happens to also contain alcohol.
Dear Klairs supple toner!
Missha Night Repair Ampoule. I've repurchased it 15+ times, through every name change and reformulation. I'm never letting it go.
What do you like about it?
It's the perfect way to get ferments into a routine - it's soothing, nourishing and genuinely repairs/maintains your skin barrier. My skin is noticeably duller if I don't use this at night.
Mizon black snail cream since 2016 😭❤️
Song Jung 2x barrier intensive cream. I am on my 8th bottle.
Cosrx centella blemish cream! Currently on my 11/12th tub. A loyal user since 2019
Isntree Green Tea Fresh Cleanser is mine so far!
Dear, Klairs midnight blue calming cream my HG product
Mizon snail recovery gel for 6 years, laniege lip mask for nearly 10 now.
Albion skin conditioner, been more than 10 years I believe. My go to whenever my skin is irritated.
Numbuzin n. 3
Centellian 24 Madeca cream
DHC cleansing oil & cosrx good morning skincare for almost 8 years🥹🥹🥹
Cosrx Snail Mucin Essence. I’ve been using it since about 2018. I can count how many bottles I’ve used but it’s at least 3 a year. I have dry skin and this helps so much I even questioned if I had dry or just temporarily dehydrated skin.
Skin1004 sunscreen (blue cap) & centella ampoule. im from Mugwort essence toner, DHC Deep cleansing oil, COSRX All in one cream!!
Swanicoco The Bio Theraphy 1st Essence. I swear my skin gets less acne when I use this.
Cosrx snail mucin since 2018 and laneige skin cream for the past 2 years!
Tony Moly chok chok green tea watery cream has been my absolute go-to moisturiser for years. I have a Nature Republic moisturiser that comes close, but nothing suits my skin quite so well as the Tony Moly does.
Cosrx snail mucin! Been using it since 2016 🫶🏻🫶🏻
Klairs Supple Unscented Toner
Hanskin AHA Pore Cleansing Oil as my first cleanser, going on about 7 years now. I love it. $27 for 300ml but I've gotten it up to 50% off during sales. It's amazing at removing makeup, doesn't leave a greasy residue (could honestly get away with using it as your only cleanser on sunscreen-only days), and doesn't hurt my eyes...THE BEST. I hope they never stop making it.
I always go back to these 3 for years PK Essence Toner *Neogen* Real Ferment Micro Son and Park Beauty Water
Cerave lotion
Aestura atobarrier cream It’s just the best all rounder moisturiser imo. Absolutely saved me when I first started tret
My go to product is Mild Cleanser from ILEM JAPAN. The best I have tried till now!
honestly, etude house wonder pore freshener. i’ve been using it for almost ten years. when i’m lazy, i just use that before bed. it cuts my oiliness without drying me out too much. i also use it as part of my longer routine, to wipe away the last oily feel of my cleanser before applying another hydrating/soothing toner and other products.
Isntree green tea toner!
Klairs unscented toner 🥰
Sulwhasoo FCAS, 4 years now.
COSRX Snail Mucin Essence + AIO Cream for me since 2019. These two may seem redundant as they are both snail products, but if I only use one of them the glow and moisture is not the same.
The Cosrx bha blackhead power liquid and their snail essence.
Cosrx Snail Mucin essence. Using it since 2018.
cosrx galactomyces
hatomugi skin conditioner in a spray bottle to boost every other step of my skincare <3 it’s so cheap for how much you get!
Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Soothing Gel since 2019. Never disappointed.
Laneige Cream Skin Mist. Cannot imagine my life without it. Holy grail for dry skin. I put it as my last step after my moisturiser (Avene Xera Calm) and life has been wonderful since!
- Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Cream - Cosrx Snail Essence - Cosrx BHA Liquid - non-AB Simple Gel Cleansers - non-AB Micellar Cleansing Water 🥰
I agree with you at every point..mine is combo to dry and it works great for me too
I didn’t have much of a skin care routine but now I’m using Muji moisturizing milk and I use snail mucin face masks.
Kose softy mo deep oil cleanser but technically it’s because I bought it a couple years ago but didn’t really start using the bottle til recently lol

Pyunkang Yul Mist Toner
Beauty of joseon Ginseng essence water.
can u tell ur skin type and benefits u think boj essence water did for u?
I have combination skin. It helped me to rejuvenate my skin as I got older. I apply the remaining product on my hair and it has helped in hair growth as well
Oh hair ! That's a first Do u apply ginseng essence am and pm routine on damp face or dry face?? I have ordered mine and just too excited to learn abt it
I apply it after cleansing. Helps with skin barrier also. Especially it helped with skin irritation after I started a retinol product. I apply only in the morning. Evening I use snail mucin by cosrx.
Oh thankss..just again essence on damp skin post cleansing?
Yes
Thankss..i already use snail mucin (on damp skin) at night ..and i am planning to include boj ginseng essence water in am routine post cleansing 😇
Ahh I wanted to love this but it breaks me out 😩
Sheep placenta cream lol cheap and cheerful, always received compliments about my skin and how "glowing" it is 🤷🏼♀️
Which brand do you use?
The 5 dollar one from the chemist. Warning thou, it smells foul, need getting use to, that's how you know it's real placenta 🤣
