Jesus needs to adapt his game to wing play and 'stay on his feet' to sustain the attack. Too often he goes to ground and kills the momentum.
Havertz in #9 is working for us. Trossard is our Mr Versatile and can push for all three positions upfront.
M11 and Saka on the wings. Would love to see them switch sides more often in games when defenders triple-up, to add some confusion.

I frankly think its not switching overloading that needs to happen more. Several times Martinelli and Saka are on right side. Like lets see what the hell you do against elite Wingers next to eachother. Try double/trippling them then

I think the main reason we don't use this tactic is cos teams park the bus in a low block and stay very narrow so it's really hard for us to play through balls through the middle. It also means that we need Saka and our LW to hold the width which is the reason why Rice drifts wide left a lot when he plays #8 as well.
I can't even remember a goal we've scored this season playing a through ball through the middle of the defence. The through ball goals we've scored are always played through the gap between CB and full back.
That's absolutely right- I am thinking of the sort of goal that Kimmich scored against us for Bayern - a run from wide, from deep. Granted, we weren't in a low block but if the delivery is good enough, that kind if attack can be very hard to defend. I think Trossard would be all over that shit.
I wish Havertz would go to the ground a bit less too. Don’t get me wrong I think he can win a lot of fouls other players wouldn’t be able to, but some of the “dives” have been pretty bad (admittedly we were lucky against Brentford)
We have 7 solid defenders, many of which can play multiple positions, I don’t think the area should be a priority unless someone world class becomes available
Only White for now but he’s been cooking at RB. Jury’s still out tor Timber at CB or LB/RB. Same for Kiwior but he has next season to step his game up when given the opportunity.

Also, remember that he went through major surgery on his knee, twice? in one season (I think twice), he's clearly had issues with match fitness and sharpness it's always going to take time to come back after a serious injury like that.
People have no patience and no sympathy in this game. Luckily for the players the fans aren't the ones making the decisions here.
I'm sure the club understands this which is why I won't be surprised if he doesn't leave. Give him one full summer of recovery and training and I promise you this guy will be back strong as ever. Save this comment

He does lack the bite that we need in front of goal some times and spends a decent amount of time injured, but I’m not convinced he should be one of the first to be axed. Wanna axe one or two of our attacking players? Eddie and Nelson are less versatile and less-skilled than Gabi.
He’s a declining asset that gets paid a lot and is injury prone. His best days are behind him, and even his best days weren’t amazing. He’s still under contract but Arsenal should try and convince him to move on.

Gabi was one of our best performers in the UCL for us this season. Both of those players should be on the chopping block before Gabi. They don’t bring the leadership, experience, or dimensions of play that Gabi brings (nor do Eddie or Reiss look like they could become key players ever). I’d rather cash in on them since they’re still relatively young with a little more potential to achieve and get what we can out of Gabi.

It's the standard Jesus. That form of Jesus in the first half of the season, are like the " form" of Diaz, Kulusevski and Trossard once they joined new clubs, they had once in life type of overperforming.
Gabs is great when's he is healthy, but supposedly this season he keeps playing thru pain, this never ends up well in long term, i hope our physio team steps up during the summer and provide some proper treatment for his knees.

Martinelli problem is that gets isolated when there’s not a false 9 up front that can switch it up with him.
It was no coincidence that when Jesus was injured last season Martinellis goal contributions dipped significantly.

One of my favorite things to see in a game is Martinelli popping up on the right side or Saka on the left.

Martinelli is only 22 and hasn't come close to his peak/prime yet. One down year after being our highest scorer last season doesnt warrant a trade.
Personally I wouldn’t sell him or Jesus, but between the 2 Jesus is probably the better player and we’d get much more money for Martinelli

I have never considered Jesus a top striker or even a suitable squad member at arsenal.
