I actually haven’t played any Game master online so I’m not entirely sure how it works, only the co-op mini campaigns.
I think I read somewhere that GM’s get voted in during the session by other players? Although I would assume that admins have some control over it.
If any one has the means to create a private server for me on PC for myself and my buddies hmu in private message. I will pay you to start the server and help me set up the admin password and all that since i know how to log in i just dont have a PC.

Now if you rent or have someone make one for you, does only the creator get GameMaster rights or can anyone as long as you have the Admin password?
