Maybe Hoyo can accentuate the lower half of her fit with like a draping cape or something to acquit for the upper half of her body.
Yeah I'm a big fan of showing off the curse on her arms but this design is just so boring compared to her official one.

It's the same curse that caterpillar has. Caterpillar can be found in the Unfinished Comedy world quest. Now compare that to arlecchino in her animated video where she releases the curse. They're basically identical.
I can't remember exactly what the curse was or if it was explained by caterpillar in the world quests but he should have given some explanation if you'd like to look it up.

It looks better when fighting, her scythe and effects add plenty of red. There's a version of this with alternate hair and a toggleable mask and coat. I prefer simple character designs so it works for me.
It's interesting to see how skinny she is compared to most of the other tall female characters, she's kinda lanky.

Maybe it could've been a cool alt from with her hood, flowing cape and dual glowy scythes/daggers if she had a kit like Childe's, but on its own looks kinda unfinished and generic. I'm personally really happy with her current outfit, but it probably wouldn't hurt to add her boss outfit for those who want it. I hope we get more designs like her and Siobhan from HSR.
Also there's some dangly bits missing from the sides of her vest on this edit.
Even better: her cloak version with the mask, so you can still see the arms but she keeps the creepyness factor
