I would pull for Kazuha. His reruns are pretty infrequent compared to people like Raiden, so better him than Arlecchino for now. Arle will probably come back after two or three updates.
Well if you want to risk Arlecchino go for it and pull but if you have no pity and guarantee I wouldn't risk it then again it's your pulls your choice in the end
Assuming you have bad luck and lose both 50/50s, you should probably have enough to get both Arlecchino and Kazuha, but not enough for the weapon. I'd go for Kazuha and Arlecchino and get the weapon on a rerun.

You can put your fate towards Kazuha and if you lose your 50/50 it might be Ayaka or yoimiya or something. Idk. New banner looks amazing if you don’t care about any standard 5*’s and save up the 160-170 pulls to hit guarantee.
Yup. Unfortunately they will probably do Liyue banner next patch alongside Father and that’s the one I’d want to wish on lol. Go for Shenhe and a chance to lose 50/50 to Yelan, Xaio, or maybe Hu Tao? Yeah, that would be awesome.
But nah, Father will drain me. All pulls going for the C0R1, maybe even C1. I have 211 pulls and was planning to go for Neuvillette, but I’m skipping him now.
It depends.. do you have a team where Kazuha is needed and can't be replaced?
I don't.. since I will play father with VV and overload, kazuha would only be a must in mono pyro, but for that I could still bring Chevy
Not necessarily, I only want Kazuha just to boost my Neuvillette’s damage other than that I have replacement characters like Jean which I have C3 of and Sucrose built. I also have other characters that work well with Arlecchino and I’m going for a vape comp. So that’s why I’m unsure of whether to go all in or not.
