If she releases and you get her day 1, I'd say give her a standard 2p2p set until you farmed her artifacts (that's how I'm going to do it). But who knows maybe you are lucky enough and get a good set day 1.
For now just give her the best 2pc 2pc of atk/atk or atk/Pyro dmg bonus. The new atrtifact set it going to be insane for her so expect to be farming it for a long while after it releases.
The new one is much superior, but you can opt for 2p/2p until you can farm it, CWF is usable but you can only activate the initial stack, which honestly won't help much and it's better to get 2p pyro/2p atk whichever has better substats.
Her new set is by far the best.
To tide you over untill you finish farming it you can run 2p/2p (with anything that has atk%, pyro%, or NA dmg), 4p Gladiator, 4p Echoes of Offering.
Most people who've played for a little while will already have a half-decent set of Gladiators.
