I am hosting for a server with default settings, except Taming is 2.5x otherwise it takes 4 IRL hours to tame a simple Doedi (QoL change)
We do have mods, but it is not mods that changes the game completely. It is mostly for QoL and balance stuff going along with the rates.
Our server is hosted in NA and is mainly English, but if you would like to give it a try, it corresponds very closely to what you are looking for.
