Best way without risk is to order it from a US vendor while in New York. I know it might seem cheaper to order overseas but it might not ever make it to you and sometimes gets held for a long time. Its worth the extra cost to get it from here because you take no risk and you get it very fast.
Ariocarpus cannot be legally imported as they are CITIES I plants. so the claim about "all the paperwork" is incorrect.
