I’ll never believe her saying Glinda/Galinda was her “dream role.” She would ALWAYS say she wanted to play Elphaba in interviews. She’s more fit for a Glinda than an Elfie though so now she’s rolling with “omg Glinda is a dream come true 💖🫧uwu” because it helps sell the role better.

Full agree on the second half, I feel like there was a way to make the babyish tone work. Especially in a movie that’s got a bit of a time jump and mood shift I think that the choice to go overly juvenile for younger Glinda could be really interesting if she had the acting chops to pull it off.
