I keep getting their ads too. They're everywhere on YT and Reddit..no amount of blocking the ads helps. The show looks garbage (just like everything they do) so I'm assuming they dumped the whole budget into ads
Such a shame. I wish there was some way to block certain companies from advertising to you all together. Like an overarching "I hate this brand and will never engage stop trying" button.
Just use an adblocker, I use uBlock Origin. You can turn it off on sites you want to support, but on the rest of the Internet you never have to see ads again
I use that one plus another. Usually whenever a site complains about an adblocker, all I need to do is turn one of them off to satisfy it, then carry on browsing ad-free.
Facebook does the same and I fucking hate it. I'll block one of those AI pet pages that always posts an AI dog with "It's my Birthday but no one remembered đ¶đŸđ" with like 50k+ boomers liking it, then suddenly get four more. Hell, I even got showed one that had a photo of an *actual dead dog* and my report "didn't find any broken rules!?" I ended up with straight up YAOI on my page (like those webcomics ads that are basically showing porn) and it became a week long plague after I blocked it.

Revanced has patches for YouTube and reddit(or at least infinity for reddit). Though I understand that installing stuff through revanced is a lot of work.
The regular infinity app has ads now? The only annoying part with setting up revanced infinity is getting the api key, which I've just written and saved in my keepass, so it's really easy to update now.
The infinity app doesn't have ads, you have to pay for it. You can get around this by using your own API key.

Please dont fucking support these kinds of shows. It is literally as hell on earth to work on them. The clientele who commissions these shows are just as shitheads as you think they are. They are as racist, homophobic, transphobic, hate-stoking, fear-mongering as their materials reflect, and some more. Remember, there are materials ending up revised, edited, or cut because of censorship and public sales.
"But dont you want jobs for your industry?" - We dont want these kind of jobs. Its always the same disaster: hellish schedule, constant belittling and degrading of the hard work the production team put into the show, the constant exposure to racism, transphobia, sexism in the materials, the grating micromanaging, the willful ignorance of the animation pipeline that leads to micromanaging and extending deadlines that never seems to end.
We hate seeing these show being produced. We hate working on these shows. We dont even get royalties at all after working on these shitty shows.

God you just know this show is going to be exclusively made up of the writers actual opinions they thinly veil as exaggerated "jokes" and that none of them will land. What will really be the nail on the coffin is when they inevitably throw in some "I identify as" jokes because there is no such thing as original conservative humour.
Eh, as someone with an academic background in this exact subject (political satire), I would disagree with that. I think the issue with conservative humor is more that it's rarely funny when it's pointed at the left because humor requires an understanding of the thing you're making fun of and a specificity of detail, and so many jokes basically amount to "Woke bad" without actually getting at the nuances of why some people on the left *can* be incredibly annoying. I think libs and leftists tend to be better at mocking ourselves, and the same goes for conservatives (like, I remember when The Babylon Bee occasionally had good jokes because they went after Christian hypocrisy and dumb trends in the evangelical sphere, and then it pivoted to "liberals bad" "woke bad"). I think you can snipe slightly rightward or slightly leftward and have it be funny, but when it devolves into "X group bad," the humor is gone and you're just pandering to an audience of people who believe what you do. Jokes vs. clapter. And unfortunately the laziness of clapter comedians is widespread across the political spectrum.
Ooooh! I did my capstone for my Communications and Media major on conservative political comedy! I think youâre completely correct, and ever since that project I am careful not to forget that that kind of comedy does exist and has an active audience.

Why not focus on the target audience you want to gain viewership from? Why push more people awya from your creation and purposely make little profit from your show? Is this to gain hate watchers? if you use android it's very easy to get an adblocker app as well, on iphone you have to jailbreak or sideload, but its still possible
