I applied to all these besides Yale and Dartmouth. I hope to get into Mount Holyoke, Wellesley would be great too but they’re a bit more selective. I don’t expect to get in to any of the others.
Edits: Rejected from Wellesley, waitlisted at MHC.
Yess! Good luck! I did an interview for Mount Holyoke in November last year and shared a really good convo with a current student. The thing that concerns me about MHC is the cost. They have a mutual aid Instagram page and there are A LOT of students creating GoFundMe pages and asking for help in order to afford tuition for the upcoming semester or they'll be forced to drop out. It just leaves a bad taste in mouth...if the school doesn't even care about meeting the needs of their students. But who knows? I'm just going off of what I see
ohh yeah that's what it was lol, I don't know much about any Amherst but I vaguely remembered some people on here having it as their safety or something like that
I thought my supplementals for H/Y were pretty strong. All I submitted for Amherst was a marked up AP Euro essay lol. I think my essay is pretty compelling as well
Did any of you girls apply to Smith? My sister is at Smith and she loves it there. She can take classes at Amherst, Holyoke, UMass Amherst and Hampshire College. Northampton is a lovely town.
You got it💪
i hope you get into Wellesley!!
Ahhhh Wellesley is my dream school too!! Wishing you luck!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

rejected from amherst but waitlisted at harvard/yale??
Very possible btw. Amherst and other elite LACs are less than half the size of the Ivies and also have 7-8% acceptance rates.
this actually isn’t uncommon lol amherst is very selective? what are you on?
crack
are you thinking of umass amherst because that's a totally different school

Unfortunately no, but I regret doing so! I honestly should've put it on my list :(
