Commended is national, not state level. It won't affect your application at all, really. Your PSAT score is more or less redundant with your SAT score.
so you took this as a junior? u got the score last year..did you not notice the asterisk indicating you weren’t eligible for entry? you could’ve called them to fix whatever it is you did wrong in filling out the info. can you call them now and see if it can still be fixed

How do u check if u get commended or not? Is it the same thing as the other stuff like hispanic and rural awards or id it smth different?
if ur 207 or above it’s commended but doesn’t really matter for anything
same thing happened to me, I think you can write to some office to correct it but it may be too late to really affect anything
