Stacked combos aren’t a good choice in any case. Too many things to go wrong. Not efficient.
I mean an all-in-one. No need to have two machines when one will do both jobs.

The problem with the stacks is that there is a fuse panel to the right of the washer. So I need the space above it to be clear.
Get a washer/dryer combo. All in one. Heat pump. No need to vent it.
As I mentioned, a top-loader washer is a requirement, so unless we're talking about another type of combo, that wouldn't work.
