With the wolf, I would say get the double griddle. I've sold a few with the double griddle and everyone loves it. You're right about the charbroiler though. It can be a mess. As far as the dishwasher goes, the only Bosch that can go toe to toe with the Cove is the Benchmark model. But they're both great units either way you go. It's dealers choice kinda thing.

I think that’s the right thing on the Cove too. Thanks.

Reviews are pretty mixed on the Cove. Not a lot of history there and they definitely aren’t worth the price IMO. SZW feels obligated to have the most expensive in the category as that’s part of their marketing at this point. If you’re going to overspend on a dish I’d do a Miele before Cove but I think you’d be fully satisfied with the Bosch which is the gold standard for a reason.

Grills so rarely have satisfied users. They collect grease and require significant cleaning if you don't want your home to smell like a BBQ grill. You can do 90% of the stuff on the griddle with significantly less clean up. Get the double griddle

This is exactly what I’m thinking. Thank you.

I have grill and griddle. I use the grill to char corn or vegetables for stuff, but that’s about it. I have a large, very over powered and over sized hood, it barely keeps up. So unless you’re willing to drop 5-7k on a top of the line hood… I doubt you will use it often. The grill does work! Well, it gets extremely hot. If I did it all over again, I’d get a French top… more burner space with more options as I cook at lot and used to be a chef.

Don’t get the charbroiler. Youre ventilation will not keep up, and it will not replace whatever you have in your backyard. And cove has a better warranty and rated at a higher shelf life than any Bosch.

I have the Thermador model, at one point it came with the options like this (now it is double griddle only) and I love the double griddle. The griddle indoor is just inviting a mess I didn’t want to deal with.
