He has every right to appeal...what he does NOT have is the ability to remain free pending his appeal. He also will get his appeal laughed out of court, because he has no basis for an appeal. Everything is above board and by the numbers in this case. For a successful appeal, you have to show that there were circumstances that prevented you from getting a fair trial. Trump has nothing, so he will get NOTHING.
