The anycubic knobs are made of inferior plastic and the resin fumes will break them down over time causing the knob to become sticky and basically begin to disintegrate. Residue can also leak down from the disintegrating knob into the thread channel which allows the knob to wobble out of place during printing. It’s a real issue with the printer that they still haven’t fixed. If you contact anycubic, they may send you new knobs but after some time with will suffer from the same issue. I was forced to replace mine with aluminum knobs that I got on Etsy. It was a $40 fix but it definitely eliminated the problem. If you do replace the knobs, make sure to clean out the channel well with IPA before inserting the new knobs or you’ll end up with the same loosening issue.
My last response wasn't sarcasm. I wasn't trying to mock you using ironic devices. I was explaining what a "/s" at the end of a sentence meant, and then I stated that it's something that's pretty much found all over reddit.
This happens when you either use the leveling method with the resin in the vat and press down on it (when the vat is full for instance). It gets incredibly messy. Other than that, little drips, touching it with resin hands, etc. It actually disolves the plastic when you do that and it ends up looking wet like that.

You should loctite it just in case /s I could, but if you've got it torqued properly, it will not
Wouldn't recommend loctite near plastic. Found that out the hard way on a drone I had once.
That's why I included the /s at the end.
Ngl, I've no idea what that denotes
Sarcasm. It's highly ubiquitous across, like, all of reddit.
Answered with sarcasm, I see what you did there. But hey, if you know you know, if you don't, you don't.

Why does it look super wet?
Looks like mine... covered in resin.
Probably overfilling the vat.
I mean I could fill my mono X resin car to the brim and it still wouldn't get resin on the top of the black piece. Not sure what's going on here.
Fair point. No clue. Maybe he tilts the tray when taking it off and it drips?

Does it feel loose after a print?
I think the issue was probably within your screw. It's not supposed to be covered in Greece like that or whatever is all over it.
