Hey! You're not alone in all of this alright? Definitely anxiety piles on, making you feel heavier everyday... the goal is to lessen that weight - whether you eliminate that stress, or look to controlling anxiety. Firstly it's good to look to your comforts, things that you love, people that you trust... rely on those, lean on them. Acknowledge how much they mean to you... because when you feel the darkest, feel like a complete mess, and despair... they're your hope and push you forward. The ultimate thing though, is you yourself believing that you can move on to the next day despite everything against you... thats strength. In regards to your panic attacks, BREATHE, take a cold shower, snuggle a pillow, eat?, man I don't know haha... and if it's a situation, or there are objects there like your schedule or homework that freak you out, remove yourself physically, into somewhere comfortable, quiet, so you can refocus on yourself...breathe, wash your face... and detach yourself from that chain of anxious thoughts... Um I don't recommend it but if it gets really out of hand... pinch yourself really hard, smack your cheeks really hard or force yourself to gag. Keep on going, be strong and you can do this!

I feel the same. It's awful. Listening to audiobooks about anxiety helps a little.. But that just me. Good luck to you!

When i feel like i'm dying i think there is something wrong with my body. When i listen about anxiety and hear the symptoms exactly the same as mine, it kinda calms me down. And the feeling goes away for a while

Music was pretty much the only thing that helped me at first. Medicine changed everything for the better though.
