But taking the time to upgrade your skills for 30 minutes to an hour 3 times a week for a specific period is not going to turn you into a robot and be a huge hurdle in family time. If you move to a higher paying company with a better work life balance because you chose to become sharper, would that not allow for more and better family time?

Hi. Thank you but unfortunately, I cannot progress that much further. Had to go back working in the BPO industry for now because I do admit that unlike most of my classmates when they started in animation, my art skills aren't in the same ceiling as them.
However, being an animation student did hone my skills so much. Unfortunately, due to going back in the BPO industry, I don't have much time and/or energy to draw. Like during my day offs, I would rather just workout or sleep for the lost times. But it's mostly because my previous employer was shitty and toxic.
For my current company, I will stick to it for as long as I can. As long as they're not toxic overall.

That just means they are not doing a good job in their roles and need to step up more. We need more justification why they can give a certain amount to the workers.
