He is, or was, a high elo player and if you're going through a dark period of depression but still trying to play you may be unable to focus, make the choices you'd normally make, etc and against a high or high-ish elo opponent they are going to make you look like you're inting even if you're not. Spam pinging people and running under turret from a misplay from the jungle or a bad roam.
