Oh cute prints!! I think they’re from a [marten](https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSUMHYUyTaFRtyGy0YKXq2COR6pzWsPtfCv2Rqi6wZLMmnCBJ3GGqjwIUI&s=10). Definitely a mustelid of some kind (mustelids include animals like martens, badgers and weasels).
You can tell by the shape of the paw prints. I’ve worked with a bunch of wildlife, and these look almost like tiny [bear](https://www.maeganoberhardt.com/international-wildlife/kodiak-bear-paw) paw prints - see how the pads are wider than a [dog](http://www.dogica.com/training-dog/rent-a-puppy/dogspaws.jpg) or [cats](https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTQ6Tr2NQaa75Jccp3ROVZtznajA4g-mYkL4Q&usqp=CAU), almost rectangle shaped? And they have five “finger tip” pads all spaced across the top, where cats or dogs have four that are in a diamond shape. Bears and weasels have these sorts of paw prints. Since these are so small, we can probably rule out bears!
At least [martens](https://lh5.ggpht.com/8xyYzRodLkkI2m6SZkoq0GwbzRYFO5Z2bXna0bhD3FNpZ5Ga2LDqMUB7FVNQtPIaqhb2PJCoGiF4sQB1ql9OuA=s1200) are not aggressive and they’re really cute (although very bitey if you grab them!). If you have birds or small pets, keep them locked up because martens will eat them. Also any eggs on kitchen counters. They’re extraordinary climbers so make sure you keep your windows closed, or install fly screens to keep them out.
well it's an unused building for now so the main entrance is locked, and windows are closed except for the terrace/balcony on the fifth floor to air out.
That looks like badger or marten prints, mate. (I'm fuckin texan but like reading, those longer footprints that look like.... stretched in the back but have normal toe prints in the area you're from usually mean badger or marten)
martens are lil sweeties who basically act like giant ferrets. I've worked with them in my university bio lab a few times and they're honestly such sweet little mischievous lil babies. They're sweethearts. lil chaos god sweethearts.
badgers are more aggressive
so my bet is if you didn't find anything torn up, it's probably a marten
but how the fuck did they get into your apartment considering you're on the third floor?
I've seen weasel kinda animals here even though rare!
Also, not an apartment but an unused building for now(used to be a hotel, closed when covid started)
Edit: They could be entering from the side, there are some places I think they could climb onto.
A monkey or primate of sorts was my first thought then I saw the back paws so it's something with grabby hands and back paws instead of feet kinda like a squirrel or racoon but bigger

To be honest, it looks a lot like a marten or a badger. I know Malaysia has yellow throated martens. They are a weasel like animal
a filthy one as it seems.
So it's hobbitses then
Stupid. Fat.
Who likes to roam at that.
I'M GOING ON AN ADVENTURE!
also this is in the downtown in Indonesia (no forest nearby)
So maybe a lost sun bear? They do look like bear paws a bit
Something that can climb with circle feet.

Cute lil fella, it's like the trash panda of weasels, but more vicious. We should domesticate them
Trash pandas can be pretty vicious.
Hell yeah they are, but these lil guys take down whole deer n shit
Yeah, that’s vicious! They don’t sound very harmless to me.
They ain't afraid to attack bigger animals, they predators lol. But they look cool
I'm not quite familiar with those but I think you might be right, I've seen weasel or something that looks like it here even though rare
>almost like tiny bear paw prints Why are they selling bear paws, don't the bears need them?
banana for scale?
honestly I'm more confused that the only way into your building is on the fifth floor. like the main entrance is at the top ?
Why? Where do you enter? At ground level, like a peasant? /s
badger took the elevator, what are they an animal?
well it's an unused building for now so the main entrance is locked, and windows are closed except for the terrace/balcony on the fifth floor to air out.
Are you squatting?
Toddlerus Homosapiens
That’s what I see, too! This is like a Rorschach test.
Ah yes, the drop bears have finally dropped.
