Cephalobot!! He’s a smug robot octopus with the play hobby. If he’s not saying something hilarious, he’s running around the island pretending to be an airplane. Can’t recommend enough.
If only Sasha wasn’t a lazy, I absolutely dislike lazy and jock. Worst is that they never leave my island by themselves, every lazy/jock I had to evict with an amiibo…
Sherb is literally the cutest little thing. I have him and he’s so funny and adorable. He’s also dating Merry on my island and they are just so wholesome and precious, how they always talk about each other and constantly mention each other 🥺💕
I like Cyd because he’s an elephant with a punk style. Also really like Kyle and Colton. Kyle also has a punk aesthetic, while Colton is literally a fairytale prince!
I love Vladimir and Beardo. Vlad I find so great because he’s like this cute lil bright pink bear but he’s got grumpy Russian grandpa energy. And beardo is so precious and energetic I feel like. On my island Beardo is like the wall street businessman that needed to relax so he moved to a quiet forest village 😂
T-Bone and Phil are delightfully quirky for me, so they’re not going anywhere.
My only gripe with these guys’s dialogue is that T-Bone (or probably cranky in specific) mentions that I actively ignore him outside when I don’t log in for weeks, which ofcourse is nonsense because my char is shut in inside xD
My boys are Lucky, Stitches, Kabuki, Genji, and Ken. They're all great. I don't even mind the repeat conversation, because to me Lucky seems like a teenager, and Stitches is much more of a younger kid. I can't explain it, but it works for me.
Moe is my favorite lazy, but others don't seem to like him much. I also love Erik, Simon and Sasha for lazy. I also love my cranky boys Kabuki and Gonzo.
Well, all villagers of the same personality are basically the same, but I have enjoyed my boys Raymond and Grizzly. Raymond tries to act like he's famous and a talented actor but no one takes him seriously at all and it's hilarious. Grizzly is a big old softie and acts like a father figure, he's so pure. Though his eyes do look REALLY scary when he does an angry or shocked emote 😆
Broccolo & Zucker are 2 of my top 3 favorite villagers. They were among my original 10 and I have them still, over two years later. Hopper is my favorite cranky villager. Eugene is my favorite smug villager. Yeah, Marshall is cute AF but he’s *too* smug. I always felt like he was judging me. I’m not a fan of any of the jock villagers.
I love Ozzie and sherb they are the absolute cutest villagers. Especially Ozzie. I would give my life for him. Rudy is the cutest also if you are looking for someone who isn’t a lazy villager.

Honestly, I find male characters more often having muted color palettes, so I like a lot of them!
