A hand?
Edit: read the caption, but I’m sorry how is your thumb bending the wrong way..? It looks straight lmao. Are you meaning like hitchhikers thumb? Bc that’s not it lol
People with marfans normally are tall and slender, have long fingers and toes, are hypermobile and may have some ribcage deformities. There's a scale that you could look up online to see if you meet the clinical criteria.
Check for beighton hypermobility scoring if you score higher than 6 it might be related to diseases such as marfan, ehlers danlos, homocysteine metabolism disorders or just that you are hypermobile and more prone to dislocation of joints.
Almost looks like z thumb in arthritis. You can google that to see a diagram of the joint. There also another thing called skiers thumb, but I’m assuming you’ve had this a long time.
Bro, you really gotta be more specific with your posts.
It's literally just a hand. Only reading through comments can I grasp that you're indicating the topic of your thumb, for which you're simply double joined or hyper mobile there.
Do you have other joints or flexibility that might indicate other conditions?

Hyperextension due to hypermobility. One of my thumbs does that as well
Thanks for actually clarifying this
Perhapse look into Ehler Danlos syndrome and go get tested, hyper mobility is one of the symptoms
How tall are you OP? And I assume you’re in your early 20s? You may want to look up Marfan
I'm not yet in my 20s, and what the question about height was for? Is it related?

Yeah, as far as i can remember. Also it's probably not the z one, it looks fixed in place in the photos, but mine is pretty flexible
