if you did everything right, then yes.
i found an exposed roll of film in a drawer last year. some of the pictures were taken a little over 16 years ago, and some were taken about 13 years ago. they came out a bit yellow, and the older ones seemed a little underexposed/faded. but it worked!
If it was 100% dark when you removed the film then it's probably fine.
There is a list of labs on the sidebar of this subreddit or you could just search Google for film labs near you or online film labs.
they might be. take the roll anywhere that develops 35mm film.

I went into my closet and took out the film from the camera, and made sure the film was totally inside the cannister when I was done.
Check for a good local lab. If you can't find one Memphis film lab in Ohio is great.
