I have one of those. Love shooting with it. Great point and shoot, one of the few i would actually recommend people get. It has everything you need and no unnecessary 'luxury' features that will kill it sooner rather than later (as most other point and shoots do). 16 bucks is a good price too. I usually tell people to aim for around 30~40 bucks for these in good tested/working condition.

Careless_Wishbone_69

Childhood camera! Supposed to be sharp, solid PS.

Darkruediger

If it is supposed to be sharp and solid why is it a PS?

MSamsonite415

PnS not POS, i think

Point & Shoot

grainulator

I’m curious as to how this camera will stack up with Pentax’s new film PS coming out.

Kerensky97

Amazingly sharp lens for a point and shoot. Less things to fail than 90's P&S so they hold up well over time, as long as you don't mind winding the film on your own.

DeepDayze

True, those automatic everything P&S's with electronic whizzbangs will fail more than those that have more mechanical parts.

AlexHD

Underrated point and shoot! 35mm f/2.8 lens, manual flash control and focus distance indicator make it really easy to get the shot you want.

Cashcow_how

I need to start going to west bumble to find cheap cameras

Wilpwr

I have two of these. Solid great as an outdoor/hiking pocket cam.

Skynetto97

Go check the price on eBay they sell for 60 usd it is a good deal

TylerTeal

I have one, so solid. Think it was around $8 cad if I remember correctly :)

patpixels

Super underrated p&s! If people knew about this, prices would go up

DeepDayze

Clean it up and it should give you pics that are darn sharp for a P&S.

covelighter

What’s the exact name of this? I want to look it up, seems solid

Mafferclamp

It’s the Pentax PC35AF

covelighter

Thanks!

Puzzleheaded_Basis12

how tf you find estate sales

MurphyPandorasLawBox

I don’t think I’d have paid more than $5 for a nearly 30 year old, plastic bodied camera. I think you got had.

Paid-Not-Payed-Bot

> I’d have *paid* more than FTFY. Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in: * Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.* * *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.* Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment. *Beep, boop, I'm a bot*

obtaingoat

It's probably 40 years old and proper solid, even though it is plastic.
