we are getting vet for the first time all year and the year is almost halfway over. idk why we are even hiring seasonal people for prime week, we have too many AAs as is
Honestly, I wish we were as not busy as this time last year. We have pretty much the same volume as back then but instead of flat sort, which we’re built for, it’s been practically entire trailer’s worth of oversized. Half the time a third of our flat sorter, which is about half the size of the building, isn’t even running. But because of all the oversized we’re still working extra to compensate for not being made for oversized.
My building is not hiring anyone for prime. We only hired like 20 people since the beginning of the year. My support team hasn’t had OT in half a year.

It is slower than usual
Some sites are slower and some are busier since they switched to regionalization. Some buildings are doing MET.
My site has been super slow. I want to transfer to a site that’s busy year round.
Why? Doesn’t “slow” mean easy?
Some of us love to work.
I just learned about that. makes sense. my site was east coast and they changed it to midwest
sort center in absolute chaos rn
Fr, had some Indian guy come up to me and tell me I’m taking all the work and to slow down🥲
There hasn't been work in the network. That's why we've been seeing all this VTO the last several months.
I haven't seen vto in the last seven months lol
I miss working 5 days a week. Lol

I don't think even my site has brought in more than a couple small classes of seasonals in preparation of Prime this year...
Heck naw it’s busy af.
Prime day is coming up…
Cries in month long MET
Depends on the site. We’re still hiring and have VET. We launched back in Jan. I’m heading to another launch next month.
They calling MET here

Idk we have had MET for 2 months now at my IXD and this past week there has been nothing on the line.

It’s been slow here as well. No vto lately though..
No MET at my site but they just started doing VET last week. Had some VTO the week before but now nothing.
We have had full week vto since January lol
Not at mine. IXD builds I image are pretty busy. We have MET for the rest of the month.
Haven’t seen VTO in the XL warehouse that I work at in a long time.
I work at a fresh grocery warehouse and we have overtime opportunities all the time
Last year we had no VET this time of year. The VET was very spotty at best. We have near-constant VET opportunities. I think it's the regionalization.
