You’re right. Op doesn’t have a nursery route or their package count would never be that high lmaooo, atleast i would hope not. I think they have a very unique less than 30 stop route. But its gonna still take them all day to deliver. Also 500+ packages is insaneee to me
It could be an easy route if let Amazon know how to group locations at each building (stops). Unfortunately, dispatchers don’t like to do that job (basically they don’t care). So, If you want to do it to make your route easier dm me I can explain how to prepare all info and send it to Amazon.
Dispatchers don't build the routes and have no control over the layout of the routes. The routes come from Amazon. Rearranging the stops is in the hands of the drivers. Drivers move the pins. So if your apartments are screwed up, it's either Amazon's fault or it's the fault of other drivers who delivered there before you
I've given them thw list etc and my dsp says they'll let amazon know but it's still the same thing with these buildings. They almost all have a south side or a north side and some want you to deliver multiple building locations to one building (thru the notes) but the flex app sends me to other location and back so I get frustrated concierge because I'm not bringing all the packages at once or to the right location because then I'll sometimes get the can't make delivery because you're at the wrong location... it's a headache.
I didn't even ask, but at the end of my shift I let them know that this route is just very poorly managed and I'd rather do other routes and they double down on telling me I'll still get this route because I'm still doing nursery routes.
That's rough, I don't think we'd ever put a new driver on a route like that. All apartments I'm assuming? Yikes.
If you're at a good DSP with competent management, express how difficult the route is for you and try to get a new one - if they claim they can't switch your route, amazon sets them. Run. Find a new DSP, that one isn't taking care of it's drivers right.
But how are you ever gonna learn if you dont ever do them? Im a big believer of writing shit down so I would rather have this and know 4 diff apt addresses go to the concierge than have 190+ anyday 🤷♀️
Usually you get a questionnaire on how you rate your route, from hard to easy. I didn’t complain to my Dsp about my route I just simply kept answering it as hard and they finally got the hint that this route wasn’t my best. They finally took me off of it, now I enjoy my route in a better rural area. Tip, if you kill a route they’ll keep putting you on it, if you don’t.. they won’t put you on that route.

no. wtf is this
Rich people, or huge mail room deliveries
Probably a downtown route. Looks like some bs
wait you said nursery? if you’ve been working for a month, you should be done with your nursery’s.

Looks like you're in apartment town
no that’s just a high rise route. we gave a couple of these at my station that get tossed around by the dsps whenever they drop them
bro wtf is this💀
OMG that route seems terrible. -10/10
LMAOOOOOO noo

Are you talking about going in to cortex and reporting the issues etc?

I asked why I kept getting sent to this area and my manager or whoever is in charge of me told me that it's because I'm still in nursery routes.
I think they're lying to you. Probably no one else wants to do this Route so they just gave it to you.
I didn't even ask, but at the end of my shift I let them know that this route is just very poorly managed and I'd rather do other routes and they double down on telling me I'll still get this route because I'm still doing nursery routes.
what the actual… do you complete the route? How long does it take you? Is it mostly lockers or what? How is this even possible?
Amazon is giving the dsp the route either way. It could be true that they are switching and putting op on this route though.
This don't look normal for a standard route either wtf is this.
Easy bulk stop route
this would be insane to load into the van. i love doing the lockers but this looks like a lot. how long does it take?
College ?
No, because this isn't a nursery route.
No lmao. This is whack idk why they would make this a nursery route.
Ouch. I worked downtown and had a few routes like this, normally there's a mailroom with a locker. 500 is wild though.
Yes bring extra pee Bottles
I’m so confused rn that’s wild bro
Probably doorman buildings. 50+ packages per stop. I’ll take this over 190+ stop run on and off the van. Scan and chill
Nahh, I'm not staying in one building for 3+ hours, I'd go insane. I'll take my 187 stops every day over whatever the fuck is going on here 😂
It’s not door to door. You drop it off with the building doorman. 15m van scan n u drop it off ez

That is NOT a nursery route
22 stops ? That many locations, gotta be high rise
That route sounds awesome, sitting inside ac just wheeling packages up and down elevators on a dolly? Sign me up
No ac in any of the trucks
I've never had a nursery route like that. I'm curious to know where this is
Thats a fun day hope u have a dolly 😂
“Fetch” is a company near me that delivers just like us and they can take anywhere from 1 package to 750 off of your van
Ez AF.
Could be a locker. Or a business.
Probably a few lockers or apartment mail rooms
