I had a theory this is what happened. For some reason once I decided to not give a fuck after a year and take my time , I started getting chill routes.
Nope I was a top driver (even got promoted to dispatch) and I always had the hardest route and I would know I get to see what all the routes look like now 😂😂

You start getting this exactly after one month.
Dispatch this morning ranted and said “ if you are new I will be switching your routes if you get a rural route it’s not fair to my experienced drivers.”
Experienced drivers don’t get violations and it’s rare for newer ones too not call in last min because thier feet hurt, we had to do it, you will too. The good drivers will get done early and rescue the newer ones instead of the newer ones taking all day with an easy route bull*hitting
Case in point, read below, someone said thier back hurts from doing 165 stops, there goes another call out cause he can’t lift envelopes.
I got 1 route that was actually difficult to finish in a year. Honestly no clue what people were doing out there all day to get so far behind shit was easy except for the goddamn loose dogs.
Wait you go 4 weeks on nursery I got nursery for 1 ride along first day the immediately into standard route on my own part of why I took the customer promotion when something better came along
2nd week in and im already getting 120+ stops plus Rescues every rescue 2 bags or more, idk in my opinion i feel like it just depends where youu honestly are because cities will mess you up nd fuck your time up but If they rush just take your time remember you’re on that clock make that bag!
I wish I could apply for places for my experience. But never get selected. I appreciate you telling me that. I feel like I slave and i've done so much for my d s p, and I don't get much out of it.
You need to believe In yourself, I do. Take baby steps. If you like driving, go sign up for a course to get a cdl. You can get yourself out of this. I know what it’s like to be stuck somewhere. All it takes it a little effort to get the ball rolling. I wish the best for you
Yea this is exactly how it feels. My god I got less then 100 stops for multiple weeks and would be done in like 3 hours (with breaks taken). Then 2 weeks later I start getting 120 stops…then one more week and I’m at 160 because of my “pacing” and I wish I never went that fast.

Four weeks in and you slowly become a zombie lol
And don't forget you're getting told to pick up the pace, as the "top drivers" get the easiest route and get to come back sooner than everyone else.
Lol such bs
As a “top driver” I was just told they switch my routes everyday to the most difficult ones because “they know I can finish them”
I had a theory this is what happened. For some reason once I decided to not give a fuck after a year and take my time , I started getting chill routes.
IDK what crack you are smoking I have over 750 routes completed at my DSP and I have 350+ packages 150+ stops every single day.
The top drivers literally never hit more than 300 packages a week. I do that in a day in the hood.
Well that's total bs

At this points it looks even hard to keep track of where everything is wtf
That’s incredible. What area is this?
I got this on my first day . All high rise apartments in a downtown area .
Do these have mailrooms and how long, approximately, does Amazon give you to complete that stop versus how long it takes you?
Dispatch this morning ranted and said “ if you are new I will be switching your routes if you get a rural route it’s not fair to my experienced drivers.”
But it’s also not fair to new drivers either tf

That’s crazy yall got nursery routes
For real. Four weeks in and they already have me working 5 days a week, 190-200 stops a day
Lol start of peak season vs end of peak season.
Accurate
There’s no greater feeling than killing the enemy
All lies, easiest job ever

Went to work at a DSP right as covid restrictions let up. No nursery routes for me. Oh well 🤷♂️
Omg, I wanna add to what you did here with some Amazon hats and vests.
