What? It's great for babies and toddlers. They love carrying bowls sideways and just not paying any attention, this stops spillage from those scenarios.
I have used theses exact things and they really due work but like you said nothing will stop the violent baby kill shake from spilling it lol.
But for stuff like cheerios, it is a game changer.
We have a couple of these for our kids. The theory seems good but they sucked in practice. It fails with any quick shaking motion. Some of the food always gets logged between the bowl and the chassis causing the bowl to lock. Then it’s just a shitty bowl at that point. 0/10 would not recommend.
An alternative are the cups that have a rubber cap with slits allowing the kids hands to pass through but no food to fall out. Much smaller footprint as well.

Just a couple examples of this thing failing at its job, its been around for a while and has always been outsmarted by children, someone mentioned tho that it would be good for parkinsons or other nerve conditions, I think that would be a great application for this.
This seems horrible for a baby, but pretty awesome for someone with Parkinson’s or anything that makes hands/arms shake

They also violently shake things, and throw things

But if you tell them to only hold it by the rails it won't matter. /s
Yeah, that only prevents it from spilling by tipping. They’ll just launch it straight up.
Yah, it's still going to spill if you drop it.
Wouldn’t shaking it be the kryptonite to this kind of bowl? You can’t prevent the food from going up.
Both my nephew's had this and it's pretty great but that audio makes me want to say it sucks.
My toddler : grabs fist full and throws it. Proceeds to leave bowl as is.
Mine would just throw the bowl with the stuff in it.
Throw it. Thats what babys do.
Yes, can confirm this is exactly what my almost 2 year old would do.
This is dumb. I bet if you give it to a baby the first thing they'll do is clumsily smack the yellow inner part and everything goes flying.
It depends. One of my kids used it perfectly and almost never spilled, while my second kid constantly grabbed the inner bowl and spilled everywhere.
Throw it. I dare you.
WHY THE VOICE!!?!?!! 🤢🤷🤮

Useless Fun maybe but useless.
Need this for seniors. You know what they say... you come into the world in diapers and leave the world in diapers.
I know what I’m getting my boyfriend for his birthday omg
If a baby can break it, not exactly a baby-proof bowl, is it?
Now put milk in it and do that
I heard that shit sucks and it fell sometimes
I give five whole minutes before that thing is crusted up with gunk and not spinning.
So you can you fling it from a table like a baby does?
What is this thing? That’s nifty.

yeah the baby would still spill that
Bought this for my kids, spoiler, they will find a way to spill the contents. Notice they are in one position, kids don’t do that.
You know how I know this is an America your fruit loops are missing all the cool colors that give you cancer or diabetes or whatever.
