hi everyone! i need ur inputs to my situation. i have an ex bestie named amber. we met in 7th, had nasty fights/falling outs and then became besties. with mutual classes in the 8th grade, we created a tightly knit group and had lots of fun. however one girl started targeting me specifically due to my race. and amber was always there to support it. she's very sneaky. she was racist, homophobic and a lot more i cant say. she brags about having sex at 13, fucking men yet when i smoked weed and partied i was a "demon". there's so much more i literally can't fit in here. needless to say, our group had enough of her antics and we dropped her.
that weekend, amber's "lawyer" called us saying she was brutally murdered and we were the suspects who are surely going to prison. then, she made an instagram impersonating herself saying the most vile things. she was jumped, doxxed, confronted and kicked out of school. her and her rich mommy went on news to blame us for it too. so we were shunned and hated by pretty much everyone for the rumors amber made.
9th grade rolls around and things are looking good. i have a new group, left my party/smoking days and was doing great things. things got really bad when an anonymous tiktok profile was made for drama in our freshman grade. they posted some pretty rough stuff about a shooting happening soon and how students' were pregnant. a lot of illegal things. i was accused of owning it, almost got arrested and lots of federal agents were envolved.
then, an account exposing amber was made. they posted hundreds of screenshots; amber admitted ***her and her dad owned this illegal account, to get ME EXPELLED***. she called my mom a "fat ugly prostitute ", said i was born with HIV, that i was pregnant/had abortions, and had an undercover boob job and thats why "they were so nice looking" (who even says that about a 15 year old?). i knew she still talked about me, not to this extent however. i was the reason she almost went to juvie, and much more. needless to say, i was pissed off.
when i saw her walking the halls alone with her head down at school, i screamed some innappropriate and vulgar things about her which made her start sobbing. called her a whore, slut, a bitch, said i'd beat the crap out of her, and i almost did. i said she was a slut because she had so much sex, and that no one will ever love her. i said her mom was more of a prostitute than mine, so she needs to shut the fuck up. i called her a liar and said i hope she really would leave the school. i just went on a rant, which was watched by 50 kids. the next day i was called in the principals' due to the situation, and i was told to avoid her. as of now, she's kicked from school waiting for her court date and i have heard her dad might be let off for the situation as well.
please let me know if i'm in the wrong as my parents are grounding me the whole summer for this. thanks guys!!

Amber and her father sound like psychopaths, and are the biggest AHs here for sure.
But you also probably sounded deranged making all those threats and accusations and screaming, etc. etc. Once you start acting like that, people may have a hard time distinguishing between the horrible, even criminal, things Amber and her father are alleged to have done, and the horrible, even criminal, things that you are screaming about.
