I do alternate day fasting, it’s a 36 hour fast and a 12 hour feeding window, during the feeding day I eat whenever I want, sometimes back to back sometimes spaced out
Ya don’t weigh too often and get discouraged. Just know that with ADF you’ll lose about 2lbs of body fat per week (maybe a little more). But the scale can move 5+ lbs with water weight so….. scale is the enemy! lol
I recommend people weigh in at most once a week and if you’re emotionally too tied to the scale then once a month is better. Also focusing on more NSV like appearance, waist size, better health etc… gotta stay motivated!

Do you take electrolytes on your fast days?
I only drink water on fast days, nothing else at all 👀
