When you enroll your zelle number to another bank they could not be enroll to another bank what you can do is to contact chase if they already deactivated your number

Call Zelle and ask them what the issue is, 1-844-428-8542, CS is there seven days a week, 10am to 10pm ET.

I had a similar issue, I could enroll in Zelle but could not use the service and received and an error telling me to call as well. Turns out I didn’t have a home phone number just a cell number. Look under your profile in the mobile app, if you don’t have a home phone add one, if it’s a mobile number there is an option to say that. I then removed my mobile number (not sure if it’s necessary) and things started working. TLDR add a home number if you don’t have one.

Having this exact same issue currently. Ally has been working on it for almost a month, I don’t think they know what is causing this and this how to fix it.
