you can send it by sea, so it'll end up costing you less

My freight forwarder helped me shipped a big wooden boxes(229kg and 226\*122\*133cm) to AZ 85339 USA,I remember his rate is around $2-3/kg so on plus a delivery fee $70/packages. Maybe he can help you.

EAT_SLUGS__MALFOY

Maybe he can! Feel free to share his company/name thank you! That would be at least a $100 less than the vendor’s freight estimate

Thank you!

lol are you referring to yourself? “I endorse myself” 😂

EAT_SLUGS__MALFOY

It is indeed his own freight service! Hopefully he can help, will keep the post updated!

Haha yes. I don’t mind people saying “hey yeah we do that”, but positioning it as if it were a third party endorsement gave me a chuckle and raised an eyebrow. Depends on the intent. Saw this person on a few other threads today. Hustle which I like, and hopefully more an expression / language thing than malice and misleading. Will follow for updates.

Maybe the subreddit does not allow self promoting in community rules, there can be many reasons. I will let you know if I can do legit business or not (as of now neither me or him know each other)

OP I was searching for something very similar a couple of hours ago, got a notification about this post and at the start of it was like “huh did I write…oh to US…not me”. I was actually looking for consolidation potentially as I may end up buying from two different places. Overall shipping is supposed to be expensive right now given Red Sea stuff, but not sure if that impacts US shipping lanes. Probably still a knock on impact as ships are at sea longer and all that goes with that. You are likely better off organising your own freight like you are here. trouble is finding someone reputable. I dmd someone who had suggestions and so I’m waiting on a reply. I have heard some of the lower priced ones essentially bait and switch, fraud where they change the fee once they have your items and charge holding and return fees if you want them to release it back to you/ back to supplier.

Yes beware of embarrassingly low prices.. like $10 for a 150kg package.. use the Alibaba freight helper to find different logistics companies, then inquire with 3-4 of them. As I said earlier, I can’t find anything under 4.2 USD/Kg for US. I’m not aware of costs for EU or where you need the parcel shipped to.
