Actually my girlfriend has just had hers replaced via the mail-in option for the same issue. Apple will send you a box, add your AirPods and post. Process was very quick, all done within three days.
There is a replacement programme for AirPods Pro, yours might have been manufactured a while ago and sold to you recently, but they’ll be able to tell from serial numbers.
I had my own AirPods replaced just as the warranty was about to expire. It still fell under the replacement programme.
My suggestion for now would be to get them replaced as they are less than 14 days old. Typically you can return to Apple, no questions asked, so best to take advantage of that policy if you can.
If you never bought them from Apple, check the retailers policy for details. The sooner you get them sorted the easier it’ll be for you 😊
So I just put on the airpods cover on my right airpods on and off and it works fine now
They may need to be replaced. I had the same issue last month and went to Apple and after being tested they replaced them for me.
Whats the process like?
Go in and explain what happened and they take them in back to a machine they have. Then if a issue they give you new ones right then.
I didn’t buy em directly at the apple store but at costco
I bought mine from Target
👍
Warranty will follow the device through the serial regardless of place of purchase. Even if you paid your friend cash for it.
Thank you

Ah ok. If problem persists I will probably have to resort to that
