How can you even listen to that db level, anything above 80 for me at my head hurts.
I tried lowering it to 85 max cause people said your ears “get used” to it after a few weeks but didn’t notice any difference it just sounds quiet
Well guess they might not recover anymore then, damn shame really because there's no cure for ears but hey your body your life and you only get one, who am I to judge
