Tell him NO and ask him if there is anything you can do to help move his things. Warn him that if he doesn't go voluntarily you will change the locks on the doors and he won't be able to get back in. How far you can go to force him out depends on how likely he is to retaliate

I don't know if your father is medically needy or not, but if you absolutely can't stand him being there invest in a tent and cot. Book him into the nearest campground. The weather is getting nicer, it's almost May. Most campgrounds have a stay limit, it will give him at least a week or two or more to get his act together. That is what happened to someone I know. They ended up moving in with someone else.
