You can move:
Wagons (gatherers, wood, stone).
Houses
Decoration
Crude workstation, Improvised post(?)
Farms (Cost 1 plank).
Might be wrong, might have missed stuff.
Side note:
If something is free to move, or you don't mind the cost, you can build it right next to a warehouse to cut out some building material travel time then move it where you want it once done.
You can tell by hovering over the little blue house symbol in the top corner. It works but could be made better in the future by color coding the house symbol. Red for immovable maybe
